Fat: 73.07g | Prot: 113.99g | Carb: 330.63g.   Breakfast:  green tea, large flake oats, raisins, zero fat plain yogurt. Lunch:  Sugar Cookies (Includes Vanilla), Tim Horton's Chili, wendy's chicken sandwich. Dinner:  balady bread pita, cheddar, chili. Snacks/Other:  72% dark chocolate, banana, blackberries, carrot, low fat yogurt plain, mars bar, pear, Red pepper.
