Fat: 58.12g | Prot: 132.98g | Carb: 389.77g.   Breakfast:  mini wheats, skim milk, apple. Lunch:  banana, skim milk, baby carrots, blackberries, cold cut, turkey, mustard, dempsters, marble cheese. Dinner:  Mushrooms, Onions, Green Peppers, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat), Roasted Portobello Mushroom, Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Rotini. Snacks/Other:  cinnamon bun, beer, whey protein, dempsters, becel.
