Fat: 58.12g | Prot: 132.98g | Carb: 389.77g.   Breakfast:  apple, mini wheats, skim milk. Lunch:  baby carrots, banana, blackberries, cold cut, dempsters, marble cheese, mustard, skim milk, turkey. Dinner:  Green Peppers, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat), Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Rotini, Mushrooms, Onions, Roasted Portobello Mushroom. Snacks/Other:  becel, beer, cinnamon bun, dempsters, whey protein.
