Dinner: Green Peppers, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat), Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Rotini, Mushrooms, Onions, Roasted Portobello Mushroom. Snacks/Other: becel, beer, cinnamon bun, dempsters, whey protein.
