Fat: 69.41g | Prot: 84.77g | Carb: 177.89g.   Breakfast:  Organic Multi Grain with Omega 3, Cinnamon, Sugar, Shedd's Spread Original. Lunch:  Sweet Potato, Pork, Fish Cake or Patty, Korean Dressing or Marinade, Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Thigh with Skin (Skin/Coating Eaten), Noodles (Fat Added in Cooking), Sushi with Vegetables rolled in Seaweed, Lumpia, Yellowfin Ahi Tuna Poke, Butter or Sugar Cookie, Custard. Dinner:  Organic Multi Grain with Omega 3, Shedd's Spread Original, Sugar, Cinnamon. Snacks/Other:  High Life Light Beer, Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added).
