Fat: 69.41g | Prot: 84.77g | Carb: 177.89g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon, Organic Multi Grain with Omega 3, Shedd's Spread Original, Sugar. Lunch:  Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Thigh with Skin (Skin/Coating Eaten), Butter or Sugar Cookie, Custard, Fish Cake or Patty, Korean Dressing or Marinade, Lumpia, Noodles (Fat Added in Cooking), Pork, Sushi with Vegetables rolled in Seaweed, Sweet Potato, Yellowfin Ahi Tuna Poke. Dinner:  Cinnamon, Organic Multi Grain with Omega 3, Shedd's Spread Original, Sugar. Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), High Life Light Beer.
