Fat: 150.91g | Prot: 50.94g | Carb: 129.48g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Canola Vegetable Oil, Churn Style Butter, Cinnamon, Egg, Light Maple Syrup. Dinner:  Biscuits, Coleslaw, Spicy Chicken Leg, Spicy Chicken Thigh. Snacks/Other:  Butter or Sugar Cookie.
