Fat: 72.19g | Prot: 83.84g | Carb: 160.52g.   Breakfast:  coffee, coffee creamer, no fat, Hard boiled egg, Yogurt. Lunch:  Beef sausage, Cream cheese, Niblet corn, Yogurt. Dinner:  Blt turkey bacon, Peanut butter and jam sandwich, Rye bread. Snacks/Other:  Granny smith apple, Popcorn.
