Fat: 24.06g | Prot: 50.27g | Carb: 68.38g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Special K Original Cereal. Lunch:  fat free ranch, grilled pork loin, grilled pork tenderloin, lettuce, shredded cheese. Snacks/Other:  celery, Jif creamy peanut butter, willy wonka laffy taffy.
