Fat: 54.28g | Prot: 110.20g | Carb: 161.51g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Blueberries, Folgers. Lunch:  Broccoli, Special K Protein Bar, Starkist Tuna. Dinner:  Cabbage Salad or Coleslaw with Dressing, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Fried Battered Perch, Garden Salsa, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  2% Meijer Milk, Myofusion , Vanilla Ice Cream.
