Fat: 138.14g | Prot: 122.90g | Carb: 124.15g.   Breakfast:  Spinach, Egg, Soy Sauce, Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Dried Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels, Air Popped Popcorn. Lunch:  Swiss Cheese, Champagne, Diet Coke Float/Blended Float (Regular). Dinner:  Parmesan Cheese, Ground Beef (75% Lean / 25% Fat), Onions.
