Fat: 138.14g | Prot: 122.90g | Carb: 124.15g.   Breakfast:  Air Popped Popcorn, Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Dried Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels, Egg, Soy Sauce, Spinach. Lunch:  Champagne, Diet Coke Float/Blended Float (Regular), Swiss Cheese. Dinner:  Ground Beef (75% Lean / 25% Fat), Onions, Parmesan Cheese.
