Fat: 91.00g | Prot: 108.59g | Carb: 286.32g.   Breakfast:  Brioche, Cappuccino. Lunch:  Cheese Biscuit, LaBrea Bakery Ciabatta Sandwich Rolls, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Dinner:  Beef, Beer, Cooked Bamboo Shoots (Fat Added in Cooking), Spaghetti, Wonton (Meat Filled Fried Won Ton).
