Fat: 81.36g | Prot: 106.65g | Carb: 306.21g.   Breakfast:  Brioche, Cappuccino. Lunch:  Dinner Rolls, Ham and Cheese Sandwich, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Vale Insalata Greca con Feta e Olive. Dinner:  Toasted Multigrain Bread, Tuna in Oil (Canned), Zucchini (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  Napolitaner, Pringles Original Potato Crisps, San Benedetto The Verde.
