Fat: 81.36g | Prot: 106.65g | Carb: 306.21g.   Breakfast:  Cappuccino, Brioche. Lunch:  Vale Insalata Greca con Feta e Olive, Ham and Cheese Sandwich, Dinner Rolls, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Dinner:  Toasted Multigrain Bread, Zucchini (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Tuna in Oil (Canned). Snacks/Other:  San Benedetto The Verde, Napolitaner, Pringles Original Potato Crisps.
