Dinner:  Vetal Low Fat Fruit Yogurt, Stewed Chicken Drumstick, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Chicken Wing (Skin Not Eaten), Grilled Chicken Breast, Eggs White. Snacks/Other:  Ultimate Omega Fish Oil Gels, Chocolate Sugar Free Drink, Low fat Milk.
