Fat: 29.82g | Prot: 162.53g | Carb: 215.73g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon, Iso 100 Protein, Oat Bran, Oat Quaker. Lunch:  Bananas, Eggs White, Orange Pineapple, Pita Lebanese . Dinner:  Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Chicken Wing (Skin Not Eaten), Eggs White, Grilled Chicken Breast, Stewed Chicken Drumstick, Vetal Low Fat Fruit Yogurt. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Sugar Free Drink, Low fat Milk, Ultimate Omega Fish Oil Gels.
