Lunch:  Bananas, Brown Rice. Dinner:  Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Chicken Wing (Skin Not Eaten), Grilled Chicken Breast, Stewed Chicken Drumstick. Snacks/Other:  Ali Cafe, Hazelnuts Filberts, ISO 100 Hydrolyzed 100% Whey Protein Isolate, Raw Almonds, Roasted Unsalted Cashew Nuts, Ultimate Omega Fish Oil Gels, Vetal, Walnuts.
