Dinner:  Egg, Egg White, Pita Lebanese, Vetal Low Fat Fruit Yogurt. Snacks/Other:  Hazelnuts Filberts, Raw Almonds, Roasted Unsalted Cashew Nuts, Ultimate Omega Fish Oil Gels, Vetal, Walnuts.
