Dinner:  Egg White , Fruit Yogurt, Olive Oil, Pita Lebanese White Bread. Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Pistachio Nuts (Without Salt Added) , Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein, Hazelnuts Filberts, Low Fat Milk, Raw Almonds, Roasted Unsalted Cashew Nuts, Ultimate Omega Fish Oil Gels, Walnuts.
