Lunch:  Greek Feta Salad, Olive, olive, Roasted Broiled Chicken Thigh, Roasted Broiled chicken wing, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Drumstick. Dinner:  Eggs White. Snacks/Other:  banana, Fitne, Fruit Yogurt, Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein, Low Fat Milk, Protein Shake (Nitro-Tech), Ultimate Omega.
