Lunch:  Greek Feta Salad, Olive, olive, Roasted Broiled Chicken Thigh, Roasted Broiled chicken wing, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Drumstick. Dinner:  Eggs White, PITA LEBANESE. Snacks/Other:  Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein, Low Fat Milk, Protein Shake (Nitro-Tech), Ultimate Omega.
