Fat: 91.22g | Prot: 108.09g | Carb: 290.11g.   Breakfast:  body by vi protein mix, soy milk, dark sweet cherries, morning star bacon strips, sandwich thin natures own, pepper jack cheese slice borden, forestberry trail mix. Lunch:  spicy black bean burger, Macaroni and Cheese Entree (Canned), green goodness bolthouse. Dinner:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Leg (Skin Eaten), baked sweet potato with butter, caesar side salad, yeast rolls.
