Fat: 69.73g | Prot: 78.60g | Carb: 229.24g.   Breakfast:  quaker oatmeal, craisins, morning star bacon strips, sandwich thin natures own, pepper jack cheese, cheese biscuit. Lunch:  orange, spicy black bean burger, Macaroni and Cheese Entree (Canned), Mixed Vegetables (Without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Dinner:  body by vi, dark sweet cherries , flax seed. Snacks/Other:  orange, Plain Yogurt, true north caramel cashew peanut clusters, hershey crunch snack, Whole Almonds, peanut butter granola bar sunbelt.
