Fat: 51.65g | Prot: 83.22g | Carb: 243.56g.   Breakfast:  Brown Sugar, Espresso (Doppio), Organic Dried Cranberries, Quick Cook Steel Cut Oats (Trader Joe's), Soy milk creamer. Lunch:  Light Swiss Cheese, Nectarines, Original Nayonaise, Roasted Garlic Asiago Pain Rustique, Rolled Oats & Peanut Butter, Turkey Breast Meat. Dinner:  Chicken, Dinner rolls, Penne Pasta with Basil Cream Sauce. Snacks/Other:  100% whey protien, 7-11 french.
