Fat: 51.65g | Prot: 83.22g | Carb: 243.56g.   Breakfast:  Brown Sugar, Organic Dried Cranberries, Espresso (Doppio), Soy milk creamer, Quick Cook Steel Cut Oats (Trader Joe's). Lunch:  Nectarines, Rolled Oats & Peanut Butter, Light Swiss Cheese, Original Nayonaise, Turkey Breast Meat, Roasted Garlic Asiago Pain Rustique. Dinner:  Penne Pasta with Basil Cream Sauce, Chicken, Dinner rolls. Snacks/Other:  100% whey protien, 7-11 french.
