Fat: 129.84g | Prot: 76.01g | Carb: 180.35g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Butter, Cheddar Cheese, Coffee with Milk, Light Rye Bread. Dinner:  Italian Sausage, Kalamata Olive Spread, Smoked Bratwurst with Cheese, Swiss Cheese, Toasted White Bread, Vegetable Thins Crackers (44% less Fat). Snacks/Other:  Nanaimo Bar, Yogurt Granola Bar.
