Fat: 129.84g | Prot: 76.01g | Carb: 180.35g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Milk, Bacon, Butter, Cheddar Cheese, Light Rye Bread. Dinner:  Smoked Bratwurst with Cheese, Toasted White Bread, Swiss Cheese, Vegetable Thins Crackers (44% less Fat), Kalamata Olive Spread, Italian Sausage. Snacks/Other:  Yogurt Granola Bar, Nanaimo Bar.
