Lunch:  Hummus, Lentil Soup, Multigrain Pita Bite Crackers, Mushrooms. Dinner:  Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Ranch Salad Dressing.
