Fat: 81.62g | Prot: 55.31g | Carb: 110.01g.   Breakfast:  Bran Flakes, Milk. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Pickles, Vienna Sausage (Pork Beef Chicken, Canned). Dinner:  Mashed Potatoes (Whole Milk and Butter Added), Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Pork Link Sausage (Smoked). Snacks/Other:  Cheese Pizza with Vegetables, Sweet Chilli Flavour, Vanilla Latte.
