Fat: 31.10g | Prot: 129.62g | Carb: 168.35g.   Breakfast:  Light Fat Free Yogurt - Blackberry, tangerine, non fat milk. Lunch:  bacon, chicken breast, black beans, boiled egg, olive oil, spinach, sunflower seeds, red wine vinegar. Dinner:  non fat milk, Professional Strength Whey Protein Plus Elite Series - Vanilla Cream, bread. Snacks/Other:  snickers.
