Lunch:  bacon, black beans, boiled egg, chicken breast, olive oil, red wine vinegar, spinach, sunflower seeds. Dinner:  bread, non fat milk, Professional Strength Whey Protein Plus Elite Series - Vanilla Cream. Snacks/Other:  snickers.
