Fat: 51.86g | Prot: 44.12g | Carb: 148.35g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, banana, Total whole grain flakes. Lunch:  Chicken noodle soup, saltine crackers, tangerine. Dinner:  Baked custard, brown and wild rice, chef's salad, Chicken ala King, Riesling Wine. Snacks/Other:  potato chips, Starbucks Tall White Chocolate Mocha.
