Fat: 49.97g | Prot: 36.91g | Carb: 153.38g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, banana, Total whole grain flakes. Lunch:  Campbell's Chicken Corn Chowder, oyster crackers, pear. Dinner:  Corn muffin, Potato soup, Riesling Wine, Safeway cobb salad. Snacks/Other:  potato chips, Starbucks Tall Latte, tangerine.
