Fat: 49.20g | Prot: 51.85g | Carb: 158.52g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, banana, Total whole grain flakes. Lunch:  Chicken tortilla soup, pear, Doritos Toasted Corn Chips. Dinner:  Potato soup, Riesling Wine, chef's salad, Boston Market beef brisket, wheat bread. Snacks/Other:  potato chips, Starbucks Tall Gingerbread Latte.
