Fat: 44.97g | Prot: 29.33g | Carb: 159.28g.   Breakfast:  orange, Krusteaz Toaster Waffle. Lunch:  oyster crackers, Campbell's Chicken Corn Chowder, pear. Dinner:  Potato soup, Riesling Wine, Corn muffin, Apple Pecan Chicken Salad (Half-Size). Snacks/Other:  potato chips, Corn muffin.
