Fat: 44.97g | Prot: 29.33g | Carb: 159.28g.   Breakfast:  Krusteaz Toaster Waffle, orange. Lunch:  Campbell's Chicken Corn Chowder, oyster crackers, pear. Dinner:  Apple Pecan Chicken Salad (Half-Size), Corn muffin, Potato soup, Riesling Wine. Snacks/Other:  Corn muffin, potato chips.
