Fat: 37.87g | Prot: 47.10g | Carb: 166.12g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, banana, Total whole grain flakes. Lunch:  French bread, Potato soup, tangerine. Dinner:  biscuit, chef's salad, Cod, red potatoes boiled, Riesling Wine. Snacks/Other:  potato chips, Starbucks Cinnamon Dolce Latte.
