Fat: 42.98g | Prot: 47.05g | Carb: 171.01g.   Breakfast:  orange, Krusteaz Toaster Waffle. Lunch:  Potato soup, French bread, tangerine. Dinner:  Cod, red potatoes boiled, cauliflower, Riesling Wine, biscuit, chef's salad. Snacks/Other:  potato chips, Starbucks Tall White Chocolate Mocha.
