Fat: 57.16g | Prot: 45.73g | Carb: 136.63g.   Breakfast:  orange, Krusteaz Toaster Waffle. Lunch:  oyster crackers, tangerine, Campbell's Chicken Corn Chowder. Dinner:  Johnsonville Bratwurst, Riesling Wine, pinto beans, salade nicoise, biscuit. Snacks/Other:  potato chips, Starbucks Tall Gingerbread Latte.
