Fat: 43.91g | Prot: 55.72g | Carb: 115.01g.   Breakfast:  egg, Toasted Raisin Bread (Enriched). Lunch:  Campbell's Chunky Bean & Ham Soup. Dinner:  Johnsonville Bratwurst, lentil soup, Riesling Wine, Trader Joe's shrimp and sashimi salad. Snacks/Other:  potato chips, whole milk.
