Fat: 55.82g | Prot: 43.99g | Carb: 119.25g.   Breakfast:  orange, Krusteaz Toaster Waffle. Lunch:  oyster crackers, tangerine, Campbell's Cream of Asparagus Soup. Dinner:  Riesling Wine, ground beef, chef's salad, wheat bread. Snacks/Other:  potato chips, Starbucks Tall Gingerbread Latte.
