Lifestyle change is going well. Had to make some sacrifices but its all okay. Now to just hit the gym a bit more.

Lunch:  Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Progresso soup light creamy potato with bacon & cheese, Rich & Hearty Savory Beef Barley Vegetable Soup. Dinner:  Lean Muscle Whey Protein Bar - Peanut Butter Chocolate Crunch (Large). Snacks/Other:  California Navel Oranges, Chicken Deli Thin, Deli Thin Sliced Ham, Fruit Slices, Glazed Popems, Lemon Drops, Nutrition Wise Boneless Southwest Peppercorn Rub Seasoned Pork Tenderloin.
