Fat: 108.76g | Prot: 93.90g | Carb: 227.32g.   Breakfast:  Grapefruit, Tea (Brewed), Lactose-Free Fat Free Milk and Omega 3S, Cookie. Lunch:  Meatless Lasagna, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Beef Brisket (Lean and Fat Eaten), Cooked Collards (from Fresh), Pecan Pie, Chocolate Creme Pie, Beef Meatballs, Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls, Smoked Salmon, Triscuit Crackers Original. Dinner:  Cheddar Cheese, Crackers, Hickory & Bacon Baked Beans. Snacks/Other:  Genuine Draft Beer.
