Fat: 108.76g | Prot: 93.90g | Carb: 227.32g.   Breakfast:  Cookie, Grapefruit, Lactose-Free Fat Free Milk and Omega 3S, Tea (Brewed). Lunch:  Beef Brisket (Lean and Fat Eaten), Beef Meatballs, Chocolate Creme Pie, Cooked Collards (from Fresh), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Meatless Lasagna, Pecan Pie, Smoked Salmon, Triscuit Crackers Original, Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls. Dinner:  Cheddar Cheese, Crackers, Hickory & Bacon Baked Beans. Snacks/Other:  Genuine Draft Beer.
