Fat: 84.56g | Prot: 163.91g | Carb: 206.23g.   Breakfast:  Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Baked Beans, Butter, Coffee with Milk, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking), Fried Bread, Fried Egg, Fried Red Tomatoes, Latte (Regular), Orange Juice, Pork Sausage (Cooked), Toasted White Bread. Lunch:  Latte (Regular). Dinner:  Chicken Katsu Curry. Snacks/Other:  No Added Sugar Summer Fruits Fruit & Barley.
