Lunch:  Gold Standard 100% Whey - Strawberry Banana, Solid White Albacore Tuna. Dinner:  98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Condensed, 98% Fat Free, Hard Cider - Winter, Irish Whiskey.
