Fat: 138.50g | Prot: 199.00g | Carb: 390.30g.   Breakfast:  Boston Kreme Donut, DDSmart Egg White Turkey Sausage Flatbread Sandwich, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream. Lunch:  S'mores High Protein Bar (Small). Dinner:  Chicken Sausage Apple, Extra Large Eggs, Ramen Noodles with Chicken Flavor, Sweet Mashed Potatoes. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Protein Plus Bar.
