Fat: 70.31g | Prot: 133.34g | Carb: 82.77g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), my donut mim - blueberry pancake, Log Cabin Sugar Free Maple Syrup. Lunch:  Haddock, Kraft Caesar Vinaigrette with Parmesan Dressing, Red Tomatoes, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Cucumber (with Peel). Dinner:  Tomatoes, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Kraft Caesar Vinaigrette with Parmesan Dressing, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Broccoli Flower Clusters, Cooked Cauliflower (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cucumber (Peeled), Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Dips Mix, Celery, Sour Cream, Atkins Advantage Dark Chocolate Almond Coconut Crunch Bar.
