Fat: 71.85g | Prot: 149.73g | Carb: 86.12g.   Breakfast:  Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Red Tomatoes. Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel), Deep Dish Pizza from LLC - 8 servings, Kraft Caesar Vinaigrette with Parmesan Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Red Tomatoes. Dinner:  butter, cucumber, Fresh & Easy California Blend Vegetables, kraft vinaigrette, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), salad, tomato. Snacks/Other:  Blackberries, Blueberries, Strawberries, Wish-Bone Olive Oil Vinaigrette.
