Fat: 76.19g | Prot: 129.34g | Carb: 72.29g.   Breakfast:  Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless). Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Cucumber (with Peel), Kraft Caesar Vinaigrette with Parmesan Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Red Tomatoes. Dinner:  beef roast, butter, Butter (Salted), carrot, cucumber, Green Snap Beans (Frozen), kraft vinaigrette, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), salad, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar, Smucker's Natural Chunky Peanut Butter.
