Fat: 76.19g | Prot: 129.34g | Carb: 72.29g.   Breakfast:  Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless). Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Cucumber (with Peel), Red Tomatoes, Kraft Caesar Vinaigrette with Parmesan Dressing. Dinner:  carrot, Tomatoes, salad, butter, cucumber, beef roast, kraft vinaigrette, Green Snap Beans (Frozen), Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Butter (Salted). Snacks/Other:  Atkins Day Break Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp Bar, Smucker's Natural Chunky Peanut Butter.
