Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Cucumber (with Peel), Caesar Vinaigrette with Parmesan Dressing, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), American Cheese, Red Tomatoes, Red Tomatoes. Dinner:  salmon, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Butter (Salted), Walnuts, strawberry, kraft vinaigrette, Fresh Baby Spinach. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Day Break Chocolate Hazelnut Bar, Sami's Bakery Millet & Flax - Plain Chips.
