Fat: 74.41g | Prot: 113.61g | Carb: 109.16g.   Breakfast:  log cabin sugar free maple syrup, French Toast - LC - 4 slices per serving. Lunch:  Shrimp & Asparagus Primavera - 1/6th w/2lbs shrimp, Red Tomatoes, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Cucumber (with Peel), Caesar Vinaigrette with Parmesan Dressing. Dinner:  Cucumber (with Peel), Tomatoes, Caesar Vinaigrette with Parmesan Dressing, Green Snap Beans (Frozen), Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Butter (Salted), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Advantage Dark Chocolate Almond Coconut Crunch Bar.
