Fat: 74.41g | Prot: 113.61g | Carb: 109.16g.   Breakfast:  French Toast - LC - 4 slices per serving, log cabin sugar free maple syrup. Lunch:  Caesar Vinaigrette with Parmesan Dressing, Cucumber (with Peel), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Red Tomatoes, Shrimp & Asparagus Primavera - 1/6th w/2lbs shrimp. Dinner:  Butter (Salted), Caesar Vinaigrette with Parmesan Dressing, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Cucumber (with Peel), Green Snap Beans (Frozen), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Advantage Dark Chocolate Almond Coconut Crunch Bar.
