Fat: 93.94g | Prot: 150.59g | Carb: 66.80g.   Breakfast:  1/4 c sugar free maple syrup, my donut mim - coconut. Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel), kraft vinaigrette, pork ribs, salad, tomato. Dinner:  butter, Chicken - Cheddar Baked Chicken @ 8 oz breast per serving, Cooked Cauliflower (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cucumber (with Peel), kraft vinaigrette, salad, tomato. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Endulge Chocolate Caramel Mousse, pork rinds.
