Fat: 78.04g | Prot: 114.37g | Carb: 81.38g.   Breakfast:  log cabin sugar free maple syrup, my donut mim - Orange Pecan. Lunch:  american cheese, Cucumber (with Peel), ground beef, kraft vinaigrette, salad, tomato. Dinner:  kraft vinaigrette, parmesan, salad, Spaghetti - my LC Version @ 1/6 recipe, tomato. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Endulge chocolate coconut.
