Fat: 72.30g | Prot: 121.86g | Carb: 109.16g.   Breakfast:  1/4 c sugar free maple syrup, my donut mim - blueberry pancake, blueberries. Lunch:  salad, provolone, Cucumber (with Peel), tomato, = 2 T Mayo with extra virgin olive oil, kraft vinaigrette, healthy life bread, @ 2 oz = 8 oz Deli Thin Mesquite Smoked Turkey Breast. Dinner:  tomato, salad, ground beef, kraft vinaigrette, american cheese, hellmans olive oil mayo = 1 T, sweet potato, green beans frozen, broccoli. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Chocolate Hazelnet.
