Breakfast: 1/4 c sugar free maple syrup, blueberries, my donut mim - blueberry pancake. Lunch: @ 2 oz = 8 oz Deli Thin Mesquite Smoked Turkey Breast, = 2 T Mayo with extra virgin olive oil, Cucumber (with Peel), healthy life bread, kraft vinaigrette, provolone, salad, tomato. Dinner: american cheese, broccoli, green beans frozen, ground beef, hellmans olive oil mayo = 1 T, kraft vinaigrette, salad, sweet potato, tomato. Snacks/Other: Atkins Chocolate Hazelnet.
