Fat: 111.09g | Prot: 136.47g | Carb: 76.88g.   Breakfast:  my donut mim - red raspberry. Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel), kraft vinaigrette, parmesan, Red Tomatoes, Reduced Fat Mayonnaise with Olive Oil, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), salad. Dinner:  Pizza - deep dish - 1/12 per serving. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Endulge chocolate coconut.
