Fat: 71.79g | Prot: 147.28g | Carb: 65.86g.   Breakfast:  ground beef. Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel), kraft vinaigrette, Red Tomatoes, salad, salmon. Dinner:  cucumber, kraft vinaigrette, parmesan, salad, Spaghetti - my LC Version @ 1/6 recipe, tomato. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Peanut butter fudge crisp, peanuts.
