Fat: 81.03g | Prot: 153.13g | Carb: 60.04g.   Breakfast:  oktoberfest. Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel), kraft vinaigrette, parmesan, Red Tomatoes, Reduced Fat Mayonnaise with Olive Oil, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), salad. Dinner:  Lasagne - 6 cheese & low carb @ 1/12 per serving, salad, tomato. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Endulge chocolate coconut.
