Fat: 69.38g | Prot: 158.95g | Carb: 70.36g.   Breakfast:  beef tenderloin. Lunch:  salad, Cucumber (with Peel), Red Tomatoes, kraft vinaigrette, Meatloaf by GG - 1/8 loaf per serving size. Dinner:  Pork Chops - grilled w/Kraft Parm Seasoning Blend @ 1/4 of 1.5 lbs, butter, salad, kraft vinaigrette, tomato, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Endulge Chocolate Caramel Mousse.
