Fat: 75.02g | Prot: 164.10g | Carb: 84.06g.   Breakfast:  Ham, Mushroom & Cheese Fritata - 1/6 w/9 eggs. Lunch:  kraft vinaigrette, salad, Meatloaf by GG - 1/8 loaf per serving size, Red Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel). Dinner:  cauliflower, broccoli, tomato, kraft vinaigrette, salad, butter, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), parmesan, hellmans olive oil mayo. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Endulge Chocolate Caramel Mousse.
